Greater Johnstown community and businesses were invited to the UPJ Community Picnic Celebration in Central Park, Downtown Johnstown. Over 500 people attended the celebration. Entertainment included the UPJ Concert Choir, Band and Theatre Department and a special appearance by UPJ’s Mountain Cat. Johnstown City Mayor, Thomas Trigona presented Dr. Spectar with a proclamation proclaiming UPJ Week the week of September 23-30.
