The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Diversity Working Group is holding the sixth annual Worlds of UPJ Diversity Fair Tuesday, September 25, in the first-year residence halls (Hemlock, Hickory and Laurel) from 4 to 6 p.m.
Worlds of UPJ Diversity Fair will feature Croatian dance, Ukrainian egg decorating, karate demonstrations, a Study Abroad program display, and Chinese, Japanese, and Mexican food from local restaurants.
The fair is a distinctive part to “Celebrating 80”—the week created to rejoice with friends in the community, to show appreciation for the decades of support and goodwill and encourage the community to join the university to redouble efforts and build on the legacy of excellence.
In its 80th year, UPJ continues to sustain momentum and define its way as a vital, integral and distinctive part of the University of Pittsburgh. As we embark on another beginning, we are Mountain Cat Proud of the past, the present and future of our cherished institution.
