Textbook Reservation

Just send an email to us with your Course Numbers and Class Numbers and the

Bookstore will hold your required books and supplies for pick up when you arrive on

campus. August 7th is the deadline for reserving books for the Fall Term (07-1).

Orders will be charged when picked up (Master Card, Visa, Discover, Personal Check, Pitt-Johnstown Debit Card). The books will be ready for in-store pick up beginning August 28, 2006 during

regular store hours and must be picked up no later than August 30, 2006. Be sure to include a

daytime phone number and e-mail address. We will contact you (usually by e-mail) with

verification that your order has been received. If you have any questions, please feel free

To reserve your required textbooks and supplies for the Fall Term (07-1),

In the Subject field of the email, type TEXT RES


2.
In the Body of the email, include the following:

Your name, address and daytime phone number,


B.
Course and Course Number ( ex. Biol 0800, Anth 0080, Hist 0610 ),


C.
the Class number (this is the 5 digit number on your schedule for each course...ex. 58694, 61037, 49873),

Please type the Course Number on the same line
with its corresponding Class Number. Like this,

D.
whether you prefer new or used books (When used copies are not available, orders are filled with new books).


REMEMBER...



1.
The Textbook Returns Policy still applies when reserving books.


2.
All textbook reservations must be picked up no later than August 30. 2006. After that, the books will be returned to the shelf.


3.
Reservations are for required textbooks only. You have the option of adding any recommended books and supplies when you pick up your order.


4.
Prices are subject to change without notice as per publisher guidelines.
