ASC Work Opportunities

We are hiring peer tutors for the 2008-09 academic year. Positions are available in all subjects, but we are especially interested in the following areas:

• Math at all levels
• Computer science
• Writing
• Biology
• Chemistry
• Economics
• Physics
• Social Statistics
• Geography
• Geology

Qualifications

• Strong academic record (cumulative QPA of 3.0 or higher)
• At least two references, one of which must be a faculty member
• An A or B+ in the course(s) to be tutored
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Does not currently hold a work study position on campus

Salary

Tutors start at $7.75 per hour.
